| In Sept of 1999, Cornell Corrections awarded a contract for the lease of five
modular classroom buildings to Nortex Modular Space. The buildings were
installed at three Federal Prison locations in Big Springs, Texas. Installation
was completed on a turnkey basis, including all utility connections, decks,
ramps and skirting in November of 1999. The buildings match the architecture of the existing buildings and meet all
applicable code requirements.
