Nortex was awarded the turnkey construction of a 3,400 square foot
medical facility for the US Army at West Fort Hood, on a fast-track
basis in August, 2002. The project featured a poured-in-place
concrete foundation, fibre-cement subfloor, 9' interior ceiling
height, exam rooms, offices, handicap restrooms, a connector to the
existing building, treated wood ramps and steps and a steel exterior
siding. The project was completed in January of 2003.
