| In the fall of 2002, the US Army awarded Nortex Modular Space the turnkey
construction of a modular fire dept barracks building to include a fire
sprinkler system, fire alarm system, sleeping quarters, day room, kitchen, food
pantry and full restroom facilities. The exterior finish chosen was the Nortex
standard stucco product. The building included a permanent, poured-in-place
engineered foundation.
