Goodfellow AFB awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space in August of 2002 for the lease of a 70' x 112' modular classroom building with 14 classrooms, a fire-rated central hallway, recessed entries, commercial glass entry doors, fire alarm system with transmitter, markerboards, central HVAC, guttering, and a main electrical distribution panel with wired crossovers. Manufacturing, delivery and installation was completed on October 11, 2002, two weeks ahead of schedule.
