| The U.S. Army awarded Nortex Modular Space a contract for the construction of
a 3,800 square foot substance abuse clinic. The building features a brick
exterior with roof overhang to match the existing adjacent clinic, concrete
foundation, 17 counseling rooms, three group rooms, handicap restrooms,
reception area, three administrative offices, a triage room, concrete steps,
decks and handicap ramp, single ply membrane roof, fire-rated interior walls,
commercial grade fixtures, commercial glass entrance door and bronzed dual
glazed windows. The project was complete in 90 days in the summer of 2001.
