Fort Lewis

On March 22, 2001, the U.S. Army in Fort Lewis, Washington awarded Nortex Modular Space a contract to provide five 36'x64' Classroom buildings and one 28'x50' Break Room/Restroom facilities building. The 13,000 square foot project was manufactured by Blazer Industries in Aumsville, Oregon and the delivery and setup of the complex was completed, on schedule, by the middle of June, 2001, less than 90 days from the date of order!

The buildings featured pitched composition shingle roofs, Duratemp T1-11 wood siding, continuous gutters and downspouts, 2'x4' suspended grid T-Bar ceilings, dual glazed windows with security bars and mini blinds and vinyl covered sheetrock interior wallcovering. Specialized electrical components to meet the specific needs of Fort Lewis Army personnel were incorporated into the design and pricing. Nortex also included the metal steps and Duratemp wood skirting to match the siding.

The project was manufactured by Blazer Industries in Aumsville, Oregon and the delivery and setup was completed, on schedule, by the middle of June, 2001, less than 90 days from the date of order.
