The U.S. Army awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for a 6,000 square foot office, on a turnkey basis. The building features a steel exterior siding, roofing, gutters and downspouts, nine foot ceilings, painted sheetrock, commercial glass entrance doors, recessed entryways, all telephone and data wiring, folding walls, fire-rated hallways and doors a split system, zoned HVAC system, and concrete decks, steps and ramp. All finishes were site applied. The project was completed in 90 days in the summer of 2001.
