The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for a remote site office at Table Rock Dam near Branson, Missouri. The 1,800 square foot building featured a steel siding, shingle roof, wall mount central HVAC, shutters, treated wood deck, steps and handicap ramp, a breakroom, two handicap restrooms, a conference room and private offices. The project was completed in 60 days.
