Nortex Modular Space was awarded all the project management responsibilities
for the construction of the new Conoco Lobo Gas Field Modular Office Building
totaling 20,160 Square Feet in Aguilares, Texas near Laredo. The building
featured a stucco exterior, single ply membrane roof, concrete footings,
concrete decks, steps and ramp, commercial glass exterior doors and windows,
split system zoned HVAC system, fire-rated halls, fire alarm system, parapet
wall, gutters and downspouts, painted interior wall finish, a dining hall,
kitchen, private offices, handicap restrooms, conference rooms and reception
area. The project was completed in the fall of 1998.
