In the summer of 2006 Northwest Hills Baptist Church awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the turnkey construction of a 17,000 square foot modular classroom and office building adjacent to the existing church. The building features a stucco exterior, poured-in-place concrete footings, decks, steps and handicap ramp, canopies over entries, nine foot interior ceilings, restrooms, lunch room, administrative office space, teachers lounge and and twenty (20) classrooms.
