In the fall of 2007, Tarleton University awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the three year lease of a 14,000 square foot modular office featuring poured-in-place footings, split system HVAC, stucco exterior, fire alarm, telcom and fire sprinkler system.
The project was completed in December of 2007.
