| In the
winter of 2006, Valero Energy awarded a contract to Nortex Modular
Space to purchase a four unit modular office for its petrochemical
operations. The project scope included a treated wood handicap ramp,
decks and steps. The building featured nine foot interior ceilings,
restrooms, conference room, private offices and a break room. All
components were commercial grade.
