In the spring of 2006, Sam Houston State University awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the lease of a 24' x 64' Modular Post Office Building for a two year time period during the construction of permanent facilities for the University which is located in Huntsville, Texas. The building features a nine foot interior ceiling, fibre-cement floor, wood exterior and commercial grade finishes and guttering. The project was completed in August of 2006.
