In the spring of 2006, the North Texas Municipal Water District awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the construction of a 28' x 64' Administrative Office at is facility in Wylie, Texas. The building features a poured-in-place concrete foundation, nine foot interior ceilings, a stucco exterior finish and commercial grade finishes and guttering. The project was completed in July of 2006.
