In the spring of 2006, Lamar University awarded a turnkey contract to Nortex Modular Space for the design and construction of a new Human Resources Building. The building matches the existing facilities in terms of finish and features a stucco exterior, poured-in-place concrete foundation, concrete decks and ramps, nine foot interior ceilings, private offices, classroom, handicap restrooms and a telcom closet. The project was completed in the summer of 2006.
