| On December 13, 2005, KSMI Trucking awarded a contract to Nortex for the
two year lease of a custom built modular office featuring wood siding, 8'8"
interior ceilings, administrative office space and handicap restrooms. Nortex
installed the concrete footings and completed the installation of the building
on May 12, 2006.
