| On January 31, 2006, Helmerich and Payne International Drilling Company
awarded Nortex Modular Space with a two year lease of a 48' x 64' modular
classroom. Features of this building include zoned HVAC, 8' 8" ceilings,
fire-rated vinyl covered sheetrock, skirting, and commercial grade windows,
door, and fixtures. This project was complete on March 27, 2006.
