On May 3, 2006, Coram Deo Academy awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space for the three year lease of two separate classroom buildings, (one with restrooms) and measuring 48’ x 64’ and 64’ x 84’.  This building was leased as a 64’ x 132’ to the Dept of Labor Job Corp in Reno, Nevada.  It come off lease on June 29, 2006 and Nortex completed the delivery from Reno, Nevada, installation of poured-in-place engineered footings, installation, and renovation of the buildings in time for the new school year.  The buildings feature a stucco exterior, commercial grade finishes, new carpet, new tile, new restroom fixtures and modesty partitions,  fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system as well as commercial grade guttering.
