Date: April 11, 2006 Weather: Cloudy to very Moderately Sunny 55 high 80 moderate to gusty winds Personnel / Subcontractors on site: Nortex Modular Space: PM Mike Lodes Objective: Site visit to inspect drilled piers. (Customer questioned pier inspectability) and to make contact with customer to expedite approval process. Status: Piers ready for inspection. Some piers have water left inside. Gave Jamie wind load information. I was informed that building permit would be available in 3 to 4 weeks.

Weather: N/A Personnel on Site: Objective: (1) To have EE Design furnish City with updated Struct plan. (2) Call directly to Arch/Engineer for status. Status @ EOD: (1) N/A. (2) Spoke with Harvey (EE's Architect) as I discovered that he had drawn the building out of scale which appeared out of proportion to the City. I have given the correct dimensions to be re-drawn and I have been promised that the revised sealed plan will be available for Valerie to pick-up and hand carry it to the city. Only one sheet has to be revised and re-sealed. Issues: Overview: Awaiting permits before installation.

Date: June 13, 2006 Weather: N/A Personnel on Site: Objective: (1) To inform Jamie of the delivery time of the buildings to the site on Wednesday the 14th. (2) Issue P.O. to Allstate for delivery. Status @ EOD: (1) Jamie Salinas is aware of the buildings arriving tomorrow the 14th and will take measures to clear parking lot for temp location. (2) Barb issued the P.O. and Allstate confirmed delivery and contact info. Issues: Overview: Awaiting permits before installation. Valerie mentioned the delivery ergency to Jamie already once.

(2) Contact with factory as of when bldg's are picked up. Status @ EOD: (1) Jamie Salinas is aware of the buildings arriving today and will take measures to clear parking lot for temp location. (2) Bldg's were being signed off at the factory by Allstate drivers at 8:30 am this morning. Issues: Overview: Awaiting permits before installation. Estimated Installation Window: Footing pour - July 8 BLAS - July 15 thru 20 Stucco - July 21 thru 28 Conc - by Aug.4th
