Sunset Valley Police Department - Sunset Valley, Texas, December, 2004 In December of 2004 Sunset Valley Police Department awarded Nortex Modular Space a contract for a 36' X 72' Modular Police Station Building on a three year lease. The project included offices, restrooms, break room, interrogation room, detective offices and a chief office.
