Lamar University 2005

Shortly after Hurricane Rita struck the Beaumont area in 2005, Nortex Modular Space was awarded a contract for the lease of a 1,500 square foot modular office for the Lamar Baseball Field Training Operations. The building matches the existing architecture and features a wood siding, commercial grade finishes and handicap restrooms with private offices. The project was completed in the winter of 2005.
