| City of Dallas - Texas, January 2005
In November of 2004, the City of Dallas awarded a contract to Nortex Modular
Space for the lease of one only 36' X 64' Modular Public Works Administrative
Office facility. The
project was completed in January of 2005. The building features 8'8" interior
ceiling height, stucco exterior, cedar decks and ramp, shower room, restrooms,
truckers lounge and commercial grade finishes.
