| In September of 2002, the Job Corps in Reno, Nevada awarded Nortex Modular
Space a contract to install, on a turn-key basis, a 64' x 132' classroom
building, on a two-year lease. The building features a metal siding, membrane
roofing, 8'4" interior ceilings, fire-rated hallways, commercial glass
entranceways, commercial grade finishes, central HVAC with individual classroom
control, a poured-in-place concrete foundation, fire alarm system, telcom
systems, treated wood decks and ramp, male and female restrooms with janitor
closet, and Nortex connected all utilities.
