| April, 2003, the Sierra Nevada Job Corps
awarded Nortex a contract to construct a 3,072 square foot classroom and office
building. This was a fast-track, design-build project with construction
completed by late June, 2003. The building has a painted wood
exterior, treated lumber decks and ramps with canopies above the doors, and
interior finishes including VCG, carpet, and tile. |
