| In February of 2003, the U.S. Navy ROICC Office in San Diego, California
awarded the five year lease of a 27,000 square foot modular office building to
be located at the Point Loma Naval Station to Nortex Modular Space. The
contract included the custom design, manufacture, delivery and setup of a
commercial modular office building featuring private offices, restrooms, lunch
room, 9' interior ceiling, commercial grade carpet, windows and doors, fire
alarm and fire sprinkler systems and atriums. The project was completed early in
May, 2003.
