In the fall of 2002, J & J Maintenance awarded a contract to Nortex Modular
Space for the design-build-lease of a
14, 000 square foot Pediatric Clinic to be
located at Darnell Army Hospital at Fort Hood, Texas. The project was completed
in June of 2003 on a turkey basis including utility connections, poured-in-place
concrete foundation and decks, steps and ramps. The building features 8'8"
interior ceilings, fire alarm, fire-rated corridors and doors, exam rooms of all
types and medical offices and reception areas.
