In September, 2002, Nortex completed the installation of a new 2,300 square foot administration office at the Holly Street Power Plant of the City of Austin in Austin, Texas. The building features a split system HVAC design, commercial grade fixtures and finishes and was installed by Nortex on a poured-in-place concrete foundation.
