| In October, 2002, Cherokee Nation of Tehlequah, Oklahoma awarded a contract
to Nortex Modular Space for the turnkey installation of a new 1,600 square foot
public works office. The building featured a fibre-cement subfloor, nine foot
interior ceiling height, fire-rated interior finishes, a steel exterior siding,
membrane roofing, handicap restrooms, a break room, treated wood decks steps,
and a poured-in-place concrete foundation.
