| Barksdale AFB ordered four buildings from Nortex Modular Space on an 18 month
lease in October of 2002. The four buildings were at 12' x 44' mobile restroom,
and three office buildings measuring 36' x 60, 60' x 72' and 60' x 84'.
Total square footage being provided is 12,000 sq ft. Nortex provides a fire
alarm system with transmitter, decks, handicap ramps, sidewalks and
canopies. The project was completed in December of 2002.
