| In September of 2002, the U.S. Army awarded Nortex Modular Space the
manufacturing, delivery and installation of a 36' x 72' Modular Office Complex.
Installation took place in December of 2002 and the project was completed in
January of 2003. The building featured a fibre-cement sub floor, 9 foot interior
ceiling, fire-rated interior finishes, split HVAC system, treated wood deck,
ramp and canopy, gutters and downspouts, steel exterior and membrane roof.
