| The University of Texas at Dallas awarded a contract to Nortex Modular Space
for the lease of 8 only Nortex Classroom Buildings (18' x 44' each) as an
addition to Berkner Hall. The buildings feature a roof overhang, stucco
exterior, single ply roofing, commercial carpet and finishes, and treated wood
decks and ramp. The project was completed by Nortex on a turnkey basis.
