| This two classroom building features a stucco exterior finish, single ply
membrane roof, commercial grade finishes, treated wood decks and ramp and a
concrete foundation. The Richland Campus of Dallas County Community College is
located in Dallas, Texas. Nortex completed the project on a turnkey basis in
August of 1999.
