| The University of Texas at Dallas awarded a turnkey contract to Nortex
Modular Space to construct a 12,000 square foot classroom building at its
Richardson, Texas campus in the summer of 2000. The project was completed by
Nortex in just 71 days and featured a single ply roof, gutters and downspouts,
stucco exterior, nine foot interior ceiling height, fire-rated hallways, a
concrete foundation, concrete steps, decks and ramp, commercial finishes and a
fire alarm system. Nortex was responsible for all concrete work, poured concrete
footings, sewer, water and electrical utility connections and the fire alarms
system.
