Mike Lodes - Project Manager
Mike
started his construction career in 1978 with the City of Dallas working in
the field engineering division of the water department. His responsibilities
included civil disciplines such as surveying, paving, drainage and
topography. Mike later became the construction manager for private
engineering entities where he worked in land development, utility, paving
and grading, platting and permitting. He acquired a position in the M.E.P.
field and began using AutoCAD and Microstation. In 1996 he worked for a
design-build firm building clean room applications for Texas Instruments
including DMOS 5 and 6. There he became knowledgeable about piping and space
management. He supervised the construction of 41 mini-modular cleanrooms
surrounding robotic lense machine stations and worked as an AutoCAD
technician and Project Manager. Mike graduated from Duncanville High School,
attended Eastfield College in Dallas and completed a number of Texas A&M
Engineering extension courses. Mike has been employed by Nortex since the
spring of 2005.
David de Leon - Construction Supt David graduated from High School in 2000 and began his construction career installing modular buildings in 2003 working for a Nortex Sub-Contractor performing the installation, remodeling, stucco application and construction of treated wood decks and ramps for modular buildings sold or leased by Nortex. David began his Nortex career in 2005 and continues to perform site supervision of all activities related to the installation of Nortex products. |
