Within the Riverview
Industrial Park, Nortex has three parcels of property.
Those properties consist of a 1,600 square foot Model
Administration Office located on two paved acres at
555 Jubilee Lane, a 1,400 square foot Model Branch Sales
and Display Office located on three acres of paved land
at 1598 Stonewall and a 27,000 square foot Manufacturing
Facility on 8 acres of land at 500 Huffines in Lewisville,
Texas.
The Denver
branch office is a 1200 square foot office in a commercial
office park located at 17301
W. Colfax Ave in Golden, Colorado.
The Houston branch office
is a 1,500 square foot Model Office located on four
acres of paved land at 2504 Farrell Road, in Houston,
Texas near the Intercontinental Airport.
Formed in 1998, Nortex
has a lease fleet of over
700 mobile office
and mobile classroom units and sales of products and
services were over
$16,000,000.00
in the year 2007.
The owners have a combined
50 plus
years of experience in the modular building business
ranging from the Arctic Islands to the Texas Gulf Coast.
