Modular Space specializes
in the sale, lease, rental, repair and renovation
of modular and portable buildings (permanent and
temporary),
mobile office
trailers, portable classroom buildings, relocatable
buildings, modular church buildings, GSA modular
buildings, temporary offices, classrooms, as well
as medical and special use buildings to government
and private industry. No details are overlooked
as all phases of construction are managed through
the Nortex Total Project Responsibility System.

Riverview Industrial Park, Nortex has three
parcels of property. Those properties consist
of a 1,600 square foot Model Administration
Office located on one paved acre at 555 Jubilee
Lane, a 1,400 square foot Model Branch Sales
and Display Office located on two acres of
fenced and paved land at 1598 Stonewall and a 27,000 square
foot Manufacturing Facility on 8 acres of land
at 500 Huffines in Lewisville, Texas.
The Denver Branch
office is a 2,400 square foot office and
warehouse in a commercial
office park located at 17301
W. Colfax Ave in Golden, Colorado.
The Houston Branch office
is a 1,400 square foot Model Office located
on four acres of fenced and partially paved land at 2504 Farrell
Road, in Houston, Texas near the Intercontinental
Airport.
The Austin Branch office is a 1,400 square
foot Model Office located on four acres of
fenced and partially paved land at 12901
Beltex Drive, Manor, Texas just east of
Austin.
Formed in 1998, Nortex
has a lease fleet of almost 900
mobile and modular office and mobile classroom units and
sales of products and services were almost
$27,000,000.00
in the year 2008.
The owners have a combined
50 plus years of experience in the modular building
business ranging from the Arctic Islands to
the Texas Gulf Coast. With a long list of satisfied
customers and a strong financial position, Nortex
can serve any mobile office or mobile classroom
need.
Nortex is a member
of the Associated Building Contractors and a
State of Texas certified HUB.

(ranging from single wide mobile construction
office to a 40,000 square foot state coded commercial
office building, all under one roof)
and we specialize in custom-built units to meet
your exact needs.
